Opening April 1 for the eleventh season, Dajio showcases the best of Ocracoke’s local ingredients, artisans and musicians. Stopped in for a lunch break while site seeing. Waitress was very nice, and food was great. Fish tacos where excellent! Prices where reasonable. Definitely suggest you stop in when in the area.

Nice modern spin on sandwiches, salads etc featuring locally sourced seafood. The atmosphere in this rustic little Ocracoke home-turned-restaurant adds to the magical quality of being on the island itself.

Some of the waitstaff is a bit "green" this summer....need to know how to listen & communicate with customers better. Food, alcohol and ice tea is always so good!! Dogs welcome everywhere, except dining room.RayGun Ruby...FANTASTIC band.

No. The owners,/manager/ cook are the same. They change the menu yearly.

We closed for the season at the end of October . Thank you for checking . We will re-open in the Spring

You should be good just to show up, call them a little bit ahead of time if you feel you need to.

These questions go out to other guests, not the owners. I think that it would be a decent enough venue but you would certainly want to call them to explore that possibility.

Each year we open the week of Easter and close the weekend around Halloween . Hope that helps
